Long Life Windows & Doors’ Kris and Katie Alexander are the 2021 Corporate Walk Co-Chairs and are proud to announce the company will be participating in this year’s Light the Night  walk. This event is organized by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada with a mission to end all blood cancers. Hosted across Canada on Oct 23, this annual event raises funds for blood cancer research, as well as patient and family support services.

This organization is especially close to our hearts, Long Life’s Founder Pat Alexander was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma in 2010. “Light The Night has become an important event for me filled with magic, our symbolically coloured lanterns and sharing the experience with thousands of people.” says Pat.

As a family, the Alexander’s have participated each year since Pat’s first cycle of treatment. Last year Pat was asked to be the honoured hero, and this year we have stepped it up with Kris Alexander and Katie Alexander Co-Chairing Vancouver’s Walk for 2021. This year we have entered a walk team as a company, the employees are hoping to raise $15,000 – with the company donating an additional $5,000.
